Introducer Programme questions
No. You make the introduction by email and we handle everything after that: the calls, the proposal and onboarding. We keep you updated on how it is going.
10% of the client’s monthly contract value, every month. A client on £2,000 a month earns you £200 a month, paid within 7 days of each of their payments reaching us. Our price list in your introducer pack shows typical contract values.
Every month, within 7 days of Castle receiving the client’s payment. So when your client pays their monthly invoice, your 10% reaches you within a week. The introducer agreement in your pack sets out the full terms.
For as long as the client stays with Castle. If they are still a client in three years, you are still earning, with each month’s commission paid within 7 days of their payment reaching us.

No. Joining is free and there are no sales targets. You introduce as many or as few businesses as you like.
