The Top 10 GEO, AEO & AI SEO Agencies in the UK
Our Top 10 list of AI SEO Agencies (or for other people GEO or AEO agencies) is a bit different. We have not ranked ourselves (or anyone) as the number one GEO agency. We have done it in alphabetical order as every agency on this list is solid, with good experience. Your perfect agency is often determined by the relationship, your requirements, and their specific experience in your industry.
A good agency should be transparent, easy to communicate with and detailed with their service level agreements and the objectives of the work.
With our research, we have tried to be fair and give you which agency has the most relevant experience for your needs.
Castle — best for professional services, medium to large trades, require world-class content
Where: Liverpool Disclosure: this is us.
Founded in 2014, generated over £450 million in audited customer revenue in the last 5 years. 4.9 rating on Google with over 30 reviews. Multi-award-winning agency, Drum recommended, listed on Forbes. Runs GEO alongside paid media, SEO and web development, which suits businesses who don’t want to buy four disciplines separately and manage the seams. We also suit businesses who need world-class content creation in specialist areas, as well as technical AI SEO. Clients include Morphy Richards, B&Q, Procter & Gamble, Porsche, Hilton.
Evidence: Published methodology (the Keep Framework — foundations, entity, extraction, corroboration). Multiple GEO case studies with clients such as HNK and Clatterbridge Private Clinic. Castle has successfully ranked their clients for over 2000+ ChatGPT enquiries. Been running GEO/AEO campaigns since 2025. Google Partner, Bing Partner, Shopify Partner.
Honest detractions: We’re a full-service agency that added GEO, not a GEO specialist from birth — if you want a pure-play, several agencies here are that and we aren’t. Offer a free AI Visibility audit via ai.caste.co.uk so it might be best to try that for free first before engaging.
Charle — best for Shopify and ecommerce brands
Where: London.
Charle sits at the intersection of SEO, AEO and GEO with an ecommerce and Shopify focus. Their approach emphasises entity clarity and structured data — the right emphasis, and one a lot of agencies skip in favour of content volume.
Evidence: Published GEO service offering covering strategy, AEO, technical SEO, schema, content optimisation, digital PR and performance tracking. Substantial published guides.
Honest detractions: Their own roundup of UK GEO agencies includes themselves, though to their credit they say so outright rather than burying it.
ClickSlice — best for a specific, checkable proof point
Where: London (Shoreditch). Founded 2017 by Joshua George.
ClickSlice make a claim we like because it’s falsifiable: that they were the first agency recommended by ChatGPT when asked for the best SEO agency in London. You can test that yourself in thirty seconds, which is more than can be said for most agency claims. Whether it still holds is checkable, and that’s the point.
Evidence: Dedicated AEO service page. Named founder with public profile. Established since 2017.
Honest detractions: Their roundup of the best UK GEO agencies places ClickSlice first. Their AEO page dates from 2025 and hasn’t been substantially refreshed, which is a slightly awkward look for an agency selling recency-weighted optimisation.
Digital Landscope — best for Scottish businesses and local AEO
Where: Glasgow. Also operates aeoagency.co.uk.
Strong regional AEO positioning with a focus on ChatGPT Search and Google AI Mode, backed by a decade-plus of SEO experience. Their case examples are refreshingly concrete — they use a specific query (“where to get pizza catering Edinburgh”) to demonstrate what winning looks like, rather than abstractions.
Evidence: Exact-match domain, dedicated AEO practice, named team, published case detail with actual conversion figures rather than percentages.
Honest detractions: Publishes a roundup of the best UK GEO agencies in which Digital Landscope is recognised as a top agency.
Found — best for enterprise brands wanting proprietary tooling
Where: London.
Found is the most aggressive positioning in the UK market — they describe themselves as the country’s leading AEO agency and back it with a named methodology (Everysearch™) and their own platform (Luminr). Whatever you make of the claim, the investment
behind it is real: building a tool is a different level of commitment from adding a service page.
Evidence: Named proprietary methodology. Owned AI visibility platform. Substantial published content. Enterprise client base.
Honest detractions: They also publish a “best GEO agencies” list on which they appear. The “UK’s leading AEO agency” claim is selfassessed — there’s no third party awarding that.
Hallam — best for integrated search and brand strategy
Where: Nottingham.
Hallam approach GEO through technical SEO audits, content strategy and citation optimisation, with an emphasis on brand information being interpreted accurately by models — not just frequently. That accuracy framing is under-discussed and it’s the right instinct.
Evidence: Long-established agency with substantial published thinking. GEO built onto genuine technical SEO foundations rather than bolted on.
Honest detractions: GEO is one service among many rather than a specialism; if you want a pure-play, look elsewhere.

NeuralAdX — best for buyers who want published, tracked proof
Where: UK. Led by Paul Rowe.
We’ll be straight: on our own criterion of published proof, NeuralAdX scores highest of anyone here. They publish live performance data through an AI Citation Benchmark and AI Visibility Benchmark, using third-party tooling (Otterly.ai), with screen-recorded testing on a public proof page. Their Month 5 benchmark (24 March – 23 April 2026) reports specific figures: 1,234 AI citations, 11% AI
citation share, 496 brand mentions, 41% share of voice, average brand position 1.21. We can’t independently verify those numbers. But they are dated, specific, sourced to named tooling, and published where anyone can challenge them — which is three more things than most agencies in this category offer, and it’s the standard the rest of us should be held to. We include ourselves in that.
Evidence: Published benchmarks with dates and methodology. Third-party tracking tool named. Public proof page. Named founder.
Honest detractions: The benchmark measures NeuralAdX’s own visibility, not client outcomes — a proxy, not a result. Their own roundup of the ten best UK GEO companies has NeuralAdX at the top. Smaller operation than others here, which cuts both ways.
POLARIS — best for B2B and enterprise ecommerce
Where: London (Chancery Lane). Founded 2009.
Fifteen years of organic search experience extended into a dedicated AI Search and GEO practice, serving growth-stage businesses through to FTSE 250. Their stated conviction — that AI search visibility is a byproduct of getting fundamentals right, meaning entity clarity, structured data and authoritative content — is one we agree with strongly enough that we’ve built a whole article around it.
Evidence: Four-time European Search Awards finalist in 2026, winners in 2025. Fifteen-year track record. Dedicated GEO practice rather than a service line.
Honest detractions: Enterprise-weighted; likely over-specified and over-priced for an SME.
Quirky Digital — best for SMEs wanting an honest conversation
Where: UK.
The reason Quirky are on this list is a single paragraph on their GEO page where they state that SEO remains the number one factor in ranking for AI-driven searches, and that they therefore take a combined approach. That’s an agency talking themselves down from a more lucrative story, and in this category that’s rare enough to be a genuine signal.
Evidence: Dedicated GEO service page. Honest positioning of GEO as SEO’s partner rather than replacement. Client reviews emphasising communication.
Honest detractions: Smaller published proof base than others here. Less enterprise capability.
The SEO Works — best for scale with regional coverage
Where: Sheffield, London, Leeds.
The largest operation on this list, with a proprietary framework (Universal Information infrastructure) built on the idea that a brand’s digital presence is infrastructure for AI bots, Google and humans simultaneously. Their AI-led methodology covers entity optimisation, semantic enhancement and cross-platform AI performance tracking.
Evidence: Google Premier Partner (2023, 2024, 2025, 2026) — top 3% globally. Drum Recommended Agency 2024. 4.8 stars on Google. 80+ staff across three offices. Named methodology.
Honest detractions: Scale means process; a boutique will move faster on implementation. Their GEO framework is newer than their SEO track record.
