Local Google Ads accounts rarely fail because of the bids. They fail because of where, when and to whom the ads are shown.
A default radius around Liverpool can cover Southport, Chester and North Wales. If you cannot serve those places, every click from them is wasted.
Ads that run late at night or on Sundays send calls to an empty office. Schedules and call tracking should match the hours you actually staff.
People searching your company name would probably have found you anyway. Mixing them in with new searches makes a weak account look healthy.
What’s included
One monthly fee covers the whole account: the targeting, the campaigns, the tracking and the pages the ads lead to.

HNK Solicitors is a Liverpool firm and Kays Medical is a UK provider. Each figure comes from the published case study.

A Liverpool claims firm that arrived spending around £30,000 a month on Google Ads with no other source of enquiries. We kept paid campaigns producing leads while organic search grew, then advised cutting the ad spend.

A UK medical supplier moving into occupational health. Paid search targeted employers looking for health services, training and supplies, backed by a rebuilt sales process.

Campaign types
Different businesses need different campaign types. This is how we decide which ones a Liverpool account should run, and which it should skip.
The core of most Liverpool accounts. Ads appear when someone searches for a service with a place name, or “near me”, inside the areas you cover. Ad groups are split by service and location, so each ad matches the search and the landing page.
For trades, clinics and firms where the phone is the sale. Ads carry a call button, run only while someone can answer, and every call over a set length counts as a conversion.
For Liverpool brands selling products online across the UK. Your products appear with a price and an image. Results depend mostly on the quality of your product feed.
One campaign across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Maps and Gmail. Useful once tracking is solid. We keep brand searches out and apply your location rules, so it finds new customers rather than claiming existing ones.
Video and image ads shown to people in your area before they need you. Used to build the name recognition that later turns into branded searches. Judged on reach and later searches, not on immediate clicks.
The Liverpool market
Liverpool is a large, busy market, and most of the search behind it still runs through Google.

Liverpool lead calculator
Most local accounts pay for some clicks from areas they cannot serve. Set your numbers, choose how many clicks come from outside your area, and see what tighter targeting does.
Extra enquiries, same budget
Indicative only. Assumes out-of-area clicks produce no enquiries, and that the same budget is spent on in-area clicks at the same price and enquiry rate. Real accounts vary. A free account review replaces these assumptions with your own location report.
How we work
Typical timings from first call to a settled account.
We talk through what a lead or a sale is worth to you. With read access, we also review the account before we meet.
Access, conversion tracking and location settings are checked first. New or rebuilt campaigns launch the following week.
Search ads reach people already looking, so enquiries often start in the first week of going live.
Bidding settles while we cut wasted searches, areas and hours. From then on, the focus is growing volume at that cost.

Liverpool industries
A Southport hotel, a city-centre law firm and a Wirral trades business want different searchers, budgets and hours. We build each Liverpool account around how its customers actually buy.

PPC pricing in Liverpool
Management is one fixed monthly fee, set by the size and complexity of your account rather than a percentage of spend.
Your ad budget is separate and goes straight to Google. You decide it, and we tell you honestly if it is too low to work.

PPC has two costs. Your ad budget goes to Google and you decide how much it is. Our management fee is a fixed monthly sum, scoped to how many campaigns, locations and products the account needs. Click prices in Liverpool vary a lot by sector. On a free discovery call, we work out a sensible starting budget from your own numbers.
Usually within the first week of going live, because search ads reach people who are already looking. Setting up and checking tracking takes about a week before that. Reaching a steady, efficient cost per lead normally takes six to twelve weeks. In that time Google’s bidding learns and we cut wasted searches and areas.
Often both, for different jobs. PPC puts you at the top of Google today, but stops the moment the budget does. SEO takes months but keeps working without paying per click. A common plan is PPC for enquiries now while our Liverpool SEO team builds organic visibility, using the same keyword data.
You do. We work inside your own Google Ads account with your admin access in place from day one. Campaigns, history and conversion data all stay with you if you ever move on. It also means every figure in our monthly report can be checked against the account itself.
Yes. Google Partner status recognises Google Ads expertise and gives our team direct access to Google’s support, training and beta features. For Liverpool advertisers, new campaign types and policy changes reach the account early. Your specialist already knows how to use them.
Yes. Your PPC manager works from our studio at 17 Mann Island, near the Pier Head. Monthly reviews can happen there, at your office if you are in or around Liverpool, or on a video call. Mention your preference when you book a discovery call.
There is no fixed term. PPC management runs month to month, and you can stop at the end of any month. If an account is not paying its way, we will say so plainly. Then we suggest what to change, rather than keep managing spend that does not work.
