Case Study | How Castle Helped MSB Solicitors

MSB Solicitors

How did we help MSB Solicitors?

The Proposal

MSB Solicitors required an email marketing service that included the design, creation and management of their monthly email campaigns to help retain and build relationships with existing and potential clients whilst also increasing opportunities for the business to cross and up-sell their services. More specifically, the client required a service with quick and efficient turn-around times and also one that maximised the impact of their email marketing content for higher open rates, click-through rates and website visits.

The Process

Castle started by creating a bespoke email template that reflected the quality and professionalism of the brand whilst presenting their content in an easy-to-read manner, deliberately designed to immediately grab reader interest. This design was then converted into bespoke HTML code before uploading onto the client’s email marketing platform. All templates were tested to ensure a high deliverability rate for maximum open rates and fewer bounces.

Once the design was approved by the clients, and after testing of the final email campaign template, Castle edited and sent monthly email campaigns featuring company news and updates to their database of contacts. Each email campaign was followed with detailed performance reports to help both MSB Solicitors and Castle understand what content worked for their brand so we could refine and improve each email campaign in the future for higher conversion rates.

MSB Solicitors’ email marketing campaign also included management of their contact database including segmentation of their contacts for more specific targeted email campaigns to help increase click-through rates.

The Results

Because Castle developed and managed an incredibly effective email marketing campaign, MSB Solicitors were able to create and define a stronger online presence amongst their client email database, and were able to successfully find and convert more sales opportunities, build stronger client relationships, build brand awareness, and add new customers, keeping them informed of internal news, services and updates.
